The turkey was eh. Unless if you get a lot of cranberry sauce - that was good. The sirlion was a bit better. And I should have known - it's really the chicken everyone talks about at Boston Market. Can I talk about it yet? No - but I will soon! But I decided to go ahead and rank this place because... despite the mediocre entrees, the sides were good, and I still like the place. Reason? It's part food. And it's part the fact that it's All-American. All-American? Yes. All-American - immigrants probably would love to come here to experience what American food is all about - after all, the immigrants have been hearing stories about our Thanksgiving filled with turkey, stuffings, mashed sweet potatoes topped with marshmallows, corn, mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and of course, the pies... apple, pecan, etc... I could keep going on and on what All-American means in the culinary world. And we, the Americans, have forgotten about this on all the other days besides Thanksgiving. So, coming into Boston Market, at any of the locations, I actually feel a bit of nostalgia of things that are All-American even though I wasn't born in this country. It's a nice feeling though - and there's not many places in the COUNTRY, not just Miami-Dade, where you can just pick up your Thanksgiving meal anytime in the day throughout the year. And yes, it's owned by McDonald's - but it's a no brainer should anyone ask me which of the two is more American (hint: it's not Micky D). Prices are a little high for a fast food joint, but with coupons, Boston Market can keep me coming back.

I usually go to Boston Market about 4 times a year. For me, unless you get the sandwiches, it's a little heavy for lunch. But I was having a taste for it one afternoon in my lunch break. I drove around the building twice before I realized that they do not have a drive thru. Hence the 3 stars. But I parked, entered and was greeted immediately as I walked in (by the carver) and didn't realize he was talking to me. I guess that is their new way to greet their customers. The food was readily available and nice 'n hot! The lunch crowd was small, which tempted me to dine in. But choose not to. The staff was friendly but due to no drive thru (as an option), I'll be looking for other quick lunch options.

Today was a good day for me, service was great, dishes were fresh, my server Illia gave me good size portions (not an empty space in my side dishes.). The restaurant was semi-busy and everything was running smooth! A+++ look forward to next visit :)

Doesn't seem like a real Boston. Like a converted store from something else. Maybe not its fault, but not the most convenient to get in and out of if you are traveling the wrong direction on that busy 163rd either. I usually use a different location.

I come here at least once a week because it's convinient and better then other fast-food restaurants. The food is always consistent and the employees are nice. Unfortunately the service is horribly slow. The employees take their time and seem to get distracted very easily. On a bad day it's taken me 30 minutes to get my food. On average it takes 10-15 minutes when there is nobody in line. I suggest ordering online and picking up if you don't want to wait.
